Anika

This room was inspired by the ‘Branches’ artwork by Brenda Allison. Brenda is a "published artist, and created original art for "The Venetian" in Las Vegas and in Macao China. Her work is available through several galleries and through the InteriorsToGo.com website, here.

The name ‘Anika’ actually comes from the pillow. I have been wanting to use these pillows, (set of two), for a while now. They come in 18"x18" and 22"x22" sizes and are available in other shades. The oriental influences include the bamboo the pattern of the neutral base and somber undertone of the palette.

I also love this striped arm chair - it looks so comfortable for a bedroom, and the vanity set is so practical and classic. Feminine but not frilly! This lovely little vanity doubles as a writing desk or work space because the mirror lays flat as a table top when not in use. The padded stool is included too. And the lamps added an elegant touch.

These pieces are available for purchase at InteriorsToGo.com. Use my exclusive 10% Trade Discount with this code at the end of the check-out process: ‘KatherineLe10.

| For any Star Trek fans out there, I also liked the name ‘ Anika’, as it was the beautiful Borg, Seven of Nine’s real name in Star Trek Voyager - Yeah - big Star Trek fan here! |
